The Challenge
Digitaid needed a comprehensive order management platform to synchronize with the Jet.com marketplace API. The system had to handle the full order lifecycle — from product listing and inventory management to order fulfillment, shipment tracking, returns, and refund processing — while supporting multiple merchants and calculating marketplace fees and commissions.

A fee adjustment engine calculates commissions and marketplace charges.
