Salaqeil Space — Saudi LCGPA Local Content Scoring Engine
Enabled Saudi LCGPA regulatory compliance with a modular scoring engine built on Spring Modulith and Java 21 architecture.
Regulatory compliance engine
The Challenge
Companies operating in Saudi Arabia must comply with LCGPA (Local Content & Government Procurement Authority) regulations, which require calculating and reporting local content scores. These scoring calculations involve complex, config-driven rules that change as regulations evolve. Salaqeil Space needed a reliable, multi-tenant scoring engine that could evaluate local content compliance for multiple organizations simultaneously.
نهجنا
Daiviksoft built a modern scoring engine using Spring Modulith for clean modular architecture, running on Java 21 and Spring Boot 3.4. The system evaluates local content scores through config-driven business rules stored as JSON, making it easy to update scoring criteria without code changes. Multi-tenant API authentication ensures each organization’s data is isolated, and the REST API allows integration with any upstream compliance reporting system.
