The Challenge
4dot5 needed an intelligent recruitment platform that could parse resumes using NLP, match candidates to job openings semantically, manage candidate career progression states, and generate professional screening reports — all at scale with asynchronous processing for large candidate pools.
Our Approach
Daiviksoft built a Spring Boot application with MongoDB for flexible candidate/job document storage and Daxtra NLP integration for resume parsing. AWS Lambda handles asynchronous job processing for large-scale resume screening. The platform includes an NLP resolver for semantic matching, an alert framework for candidate notifications, Interview Mocha API integration for skills assessment, and AWS Chime for communication. Quartz scheduler with MongoDB persistence manages background processing workflows.
