Careers
Work on systems people run for years
About fifty engineers in Kochi and Ajman. There are no advertised vacancies right now, but we read every speculative application.
What the work is
Large systems that already exist
Banking and payments, logistics, healthcare data, property and HR platforms, and a growing amount of AI. Much of the job is changing code you did not write without breaking a client's operations, and we keep running what we build. Our case studies are the honest picture.
What we look for
Four things that matter more than a favourite stack
-
You can work in existing code
Read a system you just met, understand how it behaves, and change it without surprising anyone.
-
You say when something is wrong
Early, to a client as readily as to a colleague, and without turning it into a fight.
-
You finish things
Including error handling, the migration path, and what happens when the third-party API is down.
-
You keep learning
Clients arrive with Java 8 or Java 21 and a dozen frameworks. Getting good at what you did not choose matters here.
How hiring works
Real code, not puzzles, and a decision within a week
- 01
Talk
A conversation about what you have built.
- 02
Read code
A technical discussion with the engineers you would work alongside.
- 03
Maybe a short task
A few hours at most, and we tell you what we look for first.
- 04
Decide
Within a week of the last conversation, with a reason either way.
Apply
No open roles today, and we still want to hear from you
Roles open when a project needs them, often at short notice, so a CV on file is useful. A CV and a few lines about the work you want to do is plenty. We reply either way and keep applications for twelve months.
