The Challenge
Drenchworks needed to modernize their field operations by connecting their Salesforce CRM with a mobile application for field technicians. Sales leads and customer data lived in Salesforce, but field teams had no mobile-friendly way to access job details, update service records, or capture field data in real-time.
Our Approach
Daiviksoft delivered a two-part solution: custom Salesforce development (Apex, SFDX) to extend the CRM with industry-specific workflows, and a cross-platform React Native mobile app for iOS and Android. The mobile app connects to Salesforce through a Node.js API layer, enabling field technicians to view assignments, update job status, and sync data in real-time.
