The Challenge
KMLink operated across multiple monitoring and integration systems — Splunk for log management, NewRelic for application performance, and Optum for healthcare data — each with its own interface and data silo. They needed a unified platform to aggregate monitoring data, streamline operations, and provide a single pane of glass for their engineering teams.
Our Approach
Daiviksoft built a suite of integration services that connect Splunk, NewRelic, and Optum into a cohesive monitoring ecosystem. The platform includes a consumer P2P service for real-time data streaming, a Splunk SDK integration for log management and search, a NewRelic MongoDB connector for performance data, and a React-based Optum UI for healthcare data visualization.
