Mydesq — Cross-Border Compliance & Regulatory Platform

Simplified EU cross-border compliance with a configurable rules engine enabling regulatory analysts to update criteria without developer involvement.

Self-service regulatory rules

The Challenge

Cross-border transactions within the EU are governed by complex, country-specific regulatory rules that change frequently. Mydesq needed a platform to codify these rules (starting with France), evaluate transactions against compliance criteria, and ensure businesses meet cross-border regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.

Our Approach

Daiviksoft built a rules engine-based compliance platform with configurable cross-border regulatory rules stored in spreadsheets for business analyst self-service. The system evaluates transactions against country-specific compliance criteria, supports multiple jurisdictions (starting with France/EU), and provides a framework for adding new regulatory rule sets as the platform expands to additional markets.

Key Deliverables

Country-specific cross-border compliance rules (France/EU)
Excel-based rule configuration for regulatory analysts
Transaction compliance evaluation engine
IAM regulatory framework implementation
Multi-jurisdiction support architecture
Configurable rule sets for expanding to new markets

Results & Impact

Mydesq launched a compliance platform that codifies EU cross-border regulatory rules into an evaluable framework. The Excel-based rule management enables regulatory analysts to update compliance criteria without developer involvement, ensuring rapid adaptation to regulatory changes.
