The Challenge
Security deposit handling for rental properties involved manual bank transfers, paper receipts, and slow refund processes. The client needed a digital platform to collect, hold, and refund security deposits in AED (UAE Dirham) with full transaction tracking and compliance with local regulations.
Our Approach
Daiviksoft built a proof-of-concept deposit management platform integrated with the Rapyd payment API. The system handles the full deposit lifecycle — collection from tenants, secure holding, and automated refund processing — all through Rapyd’s payment infrastructure. The POC validated the end-to-end flow against Rapyd’s sandbox environment before production development.
