The Challenge

SMSFlush needed an automated messaging platform that could send appointment reminders, schedule SMS campaigns based on configurable rules, support multi-language templates, and convert text messages into video notifications. The system had to integrate with Twilio for SMS delivery and support time-window-based messaging to comply with business communication regulations.

Our Approach

Daiviksoft built a PHP/MySQL messaging platform with Twilio integration, featuring a rules engine for automated SMS reminder scheduling. The system supports variable-based template generation (client name, appointment date/time substitution), multi-language templates (English and Spanish), configurable time windows (8:00–20:00), and a text-to-video conversion engine for rich media notifications.
