The Challenge
TextBurst needed a unified platform for managing multi-channel marketing campaigns — SMS blasts, robotic voice messages (RVM), and phone calls — across multiple carrier providers. Campaign managers needed to upload contact lists, schedule campaigns, track delivery, and manage opt-outs, all while maintaining compliance with telecom regulations and switching between providers for cost optimization.
Our Approach
Daiviksoft built a comprehensive Spring Boot platform that orchestrates marketing campaigns across multiple communication providers. The system integrates with Twilio, Bandwidth, Infobip, and Telnyx for SMS and voice delivery, uses Amazon SQS for reliable campaign scheduling and execution, and provides contact management with Podio CRM integration. The architecture supports provider-switching to optimize cost and deliverability.
