The Challenge

Textellent needed a scalable multi-tenant SMS platform supporting 17 distinct product variants (LibText, ProText, InsureText, etc.) with configurable feature sets per product tier. The platform required automated campaign management (birthday greetings, appointment reminders, client win-back, referral requests, drip campaigns), NLP-based sentiment analysis for incoming messages, billing integration, and granular role-based access control across thousands of business clients.

Our Approach

Daiviksoft built a Java-based SaaS platform with a multi-product architecture supporting 17 product variants, each with configurable campaign types, metrics, and permissions. The system integrates Stanford NLP for sentiment analysis of incoming SMS messages, KillBill for subscription billing, and features a 4-tier role-based access control system mapping 28+ UI privileges across 900+ role-permission combinations. The platform manages contact lists with compliance features (do-not-text, blocked numbers) and supports multi-language templates.
