Privacy policy

This policy covers daiviksoft.com only. Our products have their own policies, because they handle entirely different data: Medixar and Workdome. It does not cover client systems we build and operate — in those we act on the client's instructions, and their policy governs.

1. Who we are

Daiviksoft Technologies Private Limited, incorporated in India, with offices in Kochi, Kerala and Ajman, UAE. For anything in this policy, write to [email protected].

2. What we collect

What you send us

The enquiry and careers forms ask for your name, email address and your message; a CV if you attach one. We collect nothing you do not type. There is no account to create and no newsletter signup.

What the site measures

Two things, and they behave differently:

• Cloudflare Web Analytics runs on every visit and sets no cookies. It records page views and loading performance without identifying you or tracking you across sites, which is why it needs no consent and has no off switch here.
• Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity set cookies and are off until you accept them. Nothing from either tool loads, and no cookie is set, unless you press Accept on the banner.

What session recording means

If you accept, Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used: mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and which elements were reached. We say so plainly because it surprises people. It is used to find broken interfaces — a button nobody can see, a form field people abandon — not to watch individuals. Clarity masks text input by default, so what you type into a form is not captured.

3. Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, to assess an application, and to understand which pages do their job. We do not build advertising profiles, we run no advertising pixels, and we do not sell or rent anything we collect. If that changes, this page changes first and the consent banner reappears.

4. The legal basis

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 we rely on your consent — given by submitting a form, or by accepting analytics cookies. Where the UK or EU GDPR applies, the basis is consent for analytics and legitimate interest for replying to an enquiry you sent us. In the UAE, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 applies to our Ajman office on the same consent basis.

5. Who else sees it

Enquiries reach our own mailboxes and are not passed on. The analytics tools above are processors in their own right: Google and Microsoft publish their own policies, and accepting the banner accepts theirs too. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes request data to deliver and protect it.

We disclose nothing to anyone else except where the law requires it.

6. Where it goes

This website is served from Cloudflare's global network, so a page request is handled wherever you are. Enquiry emails are held in India. Google and Microsoft process analytics data on their own infrastructure, which includes transfers outside India and the EEA under their respective transfer mechanisms.

Your data

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You do not have to explain why, and asking will never affect an application or an enquiry.

If you are not satisfied with our answer you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or to your own supervisory authority if you are in the UK or EU.

9. Security

The site is static, HTTPS-only with HSTS, and sends a Content Security Policy that permits no third-party script we have not listed here. We hold no database of visitors. The practical consequence is that there is very little on this website to breach — which is deliberate.

10. Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

The date at the top shows when this was last changed. A change that affects what we collect or why will also reset the consent banner, so you will be asked again rather than quietly opted in.
